AGCO-Five-Star-Award.jpg

Every year, AGCO and it's dealers strive to be better.  In the spirit of continuous improvement AGCO has implemented a Dealer Excellence Award and provides all dealers with the means to excel. All participating dealers are provided a list of 16 best practices to follow and work toward excellence.

There are 537 dealers in North American eligible to enter the program, and this year there were 169 dealers who chose to participate. Of those: 40 managed to achieve a 5 star rating, the highest available. Of those 40: only 11 dealerships were able to achieve excellence in all 16 of the best practice categories listed below.

Pentagon Farm Center is extremely proud to be one of these 11.

The following takes an enormous amount of planning, co-ordination, and focus from multiple key people within our dealership to successfully achieve. As an example: to achieve the requirement in Technician Service Training, it must be planned a year in advance to allow scheduling of specific required training courses, including travel, when offered.
